Nexite is a leading startup, which comes to revolutionize the IoT for fashion retail space. We develop a platform that merges the physical and digital spaces for retail. Our innovative platform is based on cutting edge battery-less BLE tags that communicate with a cloud platform through an in-store wireless access network.

Responsibilities:

• Define the user experience and design the UI for new and existing products and features.
• Take charge of functional design and create wireframes, from rough sketches to rich animated prototypes to effectively validate design ideas
• Conduct extensive product research based on users inputs, data, competitor analysis
• Map all possible scenarios and create product flows
• Execute and lead a full design cycle from collecting inspiration through creating a pixel-perfect UI for all states and scenarios, and deliver to development
• Analyze data and conduct usability sessions with real users, once a product is launched
• Collaborate daily with Product Managers, software developers and UX/UI Designers in order to define, design and deliver extraordinary products
• Adjust the design across various platforms: IOS, Android, desktop, mobile-web.
• Stay updated on the latest UX/UI design trends, best practices, and industry standards in order to create delightful and effective user experiences.

Requirements:

• Product UX/UI Designer with at least 5 years experience at B2B2C product company, preferably in the retail fashion tech industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communications, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent
• Experience in designing complex and data-intensive products and platforms
• Constantly learning to stay up-to-date with industry standards
• Proficient in Figma or similar design tools
• Deep understanding of user-centered and data-driven design methodologies
• Excellent presentation, communication, and collaboration skills
• Highly organized, Self-managed with an ability to prioritize workload and meet critical project milestones, working in a fast-paced environment.

• Team player who is eager to collaborate and brainstorm with colleagues and partners
