We are looking for a Certification and NPI engineer to join our growing HW team. In his capacity as a certification engineer, this person will lead and promote nexite product certification process from the initial design and until HVM. On the NPI side – will take part in designing and ramping new and exciting, very high volume production lines, overcoming challenges in different domains such as RF, Analog and Digital.

 

Areas of responsibilities:

  • Be part of the NPI design and development team.
  • Focal point for all HW/product certifications process.
  • Joint work with various teams (RF IC, HW, antenna, system…) to make sure the full solution is optimized

 

What are we looking for?

3 years of NPI experience with production lines:

  • Writing technical engineering documents.
  • working with product trees, BOMs, ECOs etc.
  • Managing production line sub-contractors
  • Open minded that can learn new areas of expertise.
  • Knows his/her way around the lab for HW testing and verification.

 

Knowledge in running certification process:

  • RF based systems such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and Cellular – advantage
  • Work with international certifications labs such ITL, Hermon or similar – advantage
  • Understanding the full set of tests and relevant standards: Radio, EMC, Product Safety, Environmental – advantage

Full Stack Engineer

Nexite’s objective is to help the Fashion Retail world by providing data on what is going on in physical stores.

You are welcomed to join the solution team, which is responsible for creating and developing applications based on Nexite unique data that will revolutionize the way the entire retail industry is working.

We are looking for an experienced Full-stack engineer that can help us productize our data, to a product that will improve the lives of others.

 

Area of responsibility:

  • Design, build and maintain data driven and self service applications in python.
  • Develop our application platform using Django, Angular and MySQL.
  • Produce “high quality” code using “best practices” such as: Code reviews, Unit testing, Ci/CD and more.
  • Provide expert-level technical leadership and coaching to the team.
  • Ensure code standards, delivery quality and introduction of new tools to achieve the highest levels of excellence

 

What are we looking for?

  • 3+ years of experience as a full stack engineer in the Django stack: django, DRF
  • Experience with Angular, HTML, CSS and JavaScript
  • Experience with using best practices in the development process: such as unit testing, ci/cd.
  • Experience working in a containerized environment using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with relational SQL and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, Redshift, Redis.
  • Experience working in a cloud environment (AWS/GCP/AZURE) using various cloud services.
  • Experience in working with modern data processing tools, SQL and NoSQL databases and services (such as AirFlow, PostgreSQL, Bigquery,Redis, PubSub etc) – advantage

Bookkeeper

We are looking for a data driven Bookkeeper to join our growing Finance Team @ Nexite.

 

 

Responsibilities

  • End to End account payable process management- new vendor creation, processing invoices and prepare vendor payment cycles within the ERP system, AP and bank reconciliations.
  • Recording daily financial transactions, maintain the general ledger in an accurate, complete, and up-to-date manner.
  • Prepare and submit monthly VAT reports, handle foreign vendors tax deduction.
  • Review and process travel reports and personal employee expense reimbursement.
  • Participate in the periodic reports closing process with full GL responsibility.
  • Perform other bookkeeping tasks as requested

 

What are we looking for?

  • Certified Bookkeeper type 3
  • 3+ years of bookkeeping experience from a global company
  • Extensive MS Office proficiency, especially with Excel functions
  • Experience with NetSuite ERP system

Hardware Team Lead

We are hiring an Hardware Team Lead to pave the way into “unexplored” technical territories while developing new and innovative technologies. Overcoming various challenges in multidisciplinary domains such as RF, Analog\Digital, non-standard production of ultra-high volume products and more.

This position will directly report to nexite HW director.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Managing a team of several engineers A to Z.
  • Lead Nexite’s batteryless Tag development: concept, architecture, design, layout and testing.
    Define new production processes and automatic testing for high volume products.
  • Define, implement and assimilate of HW development work methodology.
  • Joint work with various teams (RF, antenna, silicon, system…) to make sure the full solution is optimised
  • Orchestrate\push\manage subcontractor beyond the edge of existing technologies
  • Deliver within specification, cost and schedule

 

What are we looking for?

  • 7+ years of HW development and RF board design, writing technical specification documents, test procedures and automation.
  • 3+ years of technology lead and management experience 
  • Previous experience of developing radiative radio systems 
  • Wireless communication chipsets experience such as Bluetooth, RFID etc.
  • Experience managing sub-contractors for design and production.

Backend Engineer

We are looking for a Backend Engineer with a passion for high performance to shake up the way functionality meets design and set out new standards in the cloud development space. As our backend engineer, you will be working with a development team who is responsible for all backend design, system architecture, coding, continuous integration and continuous delivery.

 

At Nexite, you will have the chance to bring your coding skills into the physical world, and you will collaborate with our IOT designers, product manager and front-end developers to help us create one of a kind highly scalable SAAS platform for the retail world. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Own end to end feature development – design, implementation and testing
  • Work together with the product team to ensure the design can sustain the system requirements
  • Develop in a cloud based micro services architecture (RESTful APIs) with CI/CD
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary scrum team of designers, developers and product managers
  • Able to bring in and adapt to new technologies
  • Stay up to date with current best practices

 

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven backend development experience, in at least 2 language ( Golang /  Node/ Java, etc.)
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup company
  • Strong understanding of microservice architecture & hands-on experience in developing and deploying microservices
  • High standards for code quality, testing, and performance
  • Experienced with AWS and/or GCP, preferably with container-based deployments
  • Experience working on and operating a service, with modern operative concepts (CI/CD, On-call, No QA, etc.)
  • Experience with Docker / Kubernetes environment
  • Passion for performance and scale
  • A degree in Computer Science/Software engineering OR a comparable experience
